Divorce and Co-Parenting

Divorce is one of the most stressful life transitions a family can face. We support individuals navigating the emotional impact of divorce and help co-parents develop healthier communication and cooperation for the sake of their children.

Parenting Stress

Parenting is one of the hardest jobs there is. Whether you're struggling with a child's behavior, navigating a difficult diagnosis, managing co-parenting conflict, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we offer support and practical strategies to help you feel more confident and connected as a parent.

Self-Harm

Self-harm is often a sign that someone is struggling to cope with overwhelming emotions. We provide compassionate, non-judgmental support for individuals who are self-harming, helping them develop healthier ways to manage distress and find relief.

Adoption & Attachment

We have deep experience working with adoptees, foster children, and their families. Early experiences of loss, separation, and instability can affect how children relate to others and feel about themselves. We use attachment-focused approaches including Theraplay to help children and families build secure, lasting bonds.

Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common — and most treatable — challenges people face. Whether it shows up as chronic worry, panic, social anxiety, or school refusal, we help children, teens, and adults understand their anxiety and build lasting skills to manage it using CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches.

Anger Management

Anger is a normal emotion — but when it becomes destructive, it affects relationships, work, and wellbeing. We work with children, teens, and adults to understand what's underneath their anger and develop healthy, effective ways to express and manage it.

Depression

Depression is more than sadness — it's exhaustion, disconnection, and losing interest in the things that used to matter. We work with teens and adults experiencing depression, helping them understand what's driving it and find their way back to a fuller life.

OCD

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder can be exhausting and isolating — intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and the constant anxiety that drives them. We work with children, teens, and adults to understand their OCD and develop effective strategies to manage it.

Self-Esteem and Confidence

Low self-esteem can quietly undermine every area of life — relationships, school, work, and how you show up in the world. We help children, teens, and adults build a stronger, more grounded sense of self.

ADHD & Attention Difficulties

Living with ADHD can mean struggling with focus, organization, impulsivity, and relationships — at school, at work, and at home. We help children, teens, and adults with ADHD develop practical strategies, build self-awareness, and thrive in their daily lives.

Body Image

Struggling with how you see and feel about your body can affect your confidence, relationships, and overall wellbeing. We help clients develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves and their bodies.

Life Transitions and Grief

Change is hard — even when it's expected. Job loss, a new diagnosis, the death of a loved one, retirement, or a major move can all shake your sense of self and direction. We help clients process grief, navigate uncertainty, and find solid ground again.

School Refusal

When a child refuses to go to school, it's rarely just about school. Anxiety, social difficulties, trauma, and other factors are often underneath. We work with children, teens, and their families to understand what's driving school refusal and get kids back on track.

Trauma

Trauma can shape every part of your life - your relationships, your sense of safety, and how you see yourself. We provide trauma-informed therapy for clients of all ages, including those dealing with childhood trauma, abuse, and attachment wounds. We use evidence based approaches including trauma informed care, CBT, art therapy, and attachment focused therapy.
